Callie Liles, LCSW
Clinic Director

Callie received her Masters of Science Degree in Social Work from the University of Texas at Arlington in 1996 and has worked in the field of behavioral healthcare and the treatment of addictive disease for over 10 years. She began her career at a prominent behavioral healthcare facility in Dallas as the Court Liaison for mentally ill clients and as the Coordinator for the Intensive Care Unit.

Callie has extensive experience in the managed care arena with prior positions including High Risk Case Manager and Utilization Review Specialist. Additionally, as an Outpatient Program Director for a non-profit agency, she assisted with business development activities and the development and implementation on new programs, including clinical oversight and management of the program’s diverse staff.

Roderick McDonald, CMA
Office Manager

As Office Manager and Executive Assistant to the Medical Director, Roderick is integral to the success of Murray Hill Recovery. A Certified Medical Assistant, Roderick has worked in the field of behavioral health care and the treatment of addictive disease for over 4 years. His responsibilities include a wide variety of administrative responsibilities including coordinating purchasing orders, maintaining office equipment supplies, liaison for the Medical group to the administrative staff, and assisting the Medical Director with day-to-day needs including IT, scheduling, and community presentations.

Prior to Murray Hill Recovery, Roderick worked on staff at The Cedars Hospital and has held positions of varying responsibility including Assistant to the Director of Nursing, Coordinator of the Outpatient/Day Hospital, and Purchasing Supervisor. Roderick’s strong organizational ability along with a caring and compassion for those suffering from the disease of addiction make him an essential member of the Murray Hill Recovery team.

 


Danielle Malleris
Medical Receptionist

Danielle is an indispensable member of Murray Hill Recovery. A graduate of Olympia College with a diploma in medical billing and insurance, Danielle goes well beyond any single job description. Her warm smile is often the first thing patients and families see when they come to the Murray Hill Recovery Center. Her background in customer service enables Danielle to assist clients and their families with scheduling appointments, with answering and routing calls, collecting patient information, and working closely with the clinical staff to insure that the office runs efficiently.
